I started baking as a young child with my mom and grandma in our big farmhouse kitchens. Every Christmas my mom would pull out her sugar cookie recipe and we would bake Christmas cookies. Sprinkles would fly through the air as we decorated and my mom would just sweep them up and tell us how beautiful our cookies were. That is where my love of baking was born.
